Foam Products

Foam products are used for various purpose, including vibration and sound dampening, protection for products and to insulate from thermal or moisture. Our foam products can be customized to your requirements by die-cut, conversion processes and final assembly.

PE Foam

Polyethylene foam (PE foam) is a chemically cross-linked polyethylene foam bonded with fire retardant and waterproof properties which is environmental-safe, occupational-safe and work-friendly. It has superior low heat transfer coefficient, stable, durable and weather-resistance physical properties that deemed it an excellent insulation material with a wide range of applications.

PU Foam

Polyurethane foam (PU foam) is an open-cell foam with many uses and applications. With its wide range of density, it can be used in upholstery, cushioning, automotive seats, bedding, and even for insulation and packaging protection. We have PU in different thickness, which we are able to cut or die-cut into your required sizes.

EVA Foam

Ethylene-vinyl acetate foam (EVA foam) is known as expanded rubber or foam rubber. It is soft, flexible, lightweight, easy to form and non-toxic. EVA is used in padding and shock absorber for sports equipment. Multi-colours are available.

Air Bubble Wrap

Air bubble wraps are widely used to wrap delicate and fragile products before packing into boxes. It can also be used to fill up spaces within the box to prevent products from moving about while cushioning it during transportation of goods. Available in 10mm plain air bubble and anti-static air bubble, 25mm heavy-duty air bubble and aluminium bubble.
